PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed fluid fermented milk bacillus fixation preventive tool and means capable of blocking the reproduction of anaerobic destructive bacillus which settle in dental plaque and dental calculus chain recesses and projections in a periodontal pocket which are assumed to be the cause of periodontal diseases, carious teeth and mouth odor, or food and drink for preventing the periodontal diseases, the carious teeth and the mouth odor. SOLUTION: This sealed fluid fermented milk bacillus fixation preventive tool 1 for fixing fermented milk bacilli which are the same anaerobic useful bacilli as anaerobic destructive bacilli in the dental plaque and dental calculus chain recesses and projections in the periodontal pocket where the anaerobic destructive bacilli are settled in order to form a fermented milk bacillus reproduction environment so as to eliminate the anaerobic destructive bacillus or block its reproduction by using the fluid fermented milk bacilli. The effective components of polyphenol originating from vegetables disclosed in the prior art can be added to the sealed fluid fermented milk bacilli of the preventive tool and utilized.
