<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device for preventing a failure in recording record control data into an optical disk and suppressing an increase in time required for recording data into the optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: Since an optical disk device 1 records five RMD by changing power of a laser beam with which a DVD 10 is irradiated, possibility of presence of RMD recorded with appropriate recording power can be increased, consequently, a failure in recording of the RMD can be suppressed. Therefore, increment of a time required for recording the RMD can be suppressed, consequently, increment of a time required for recording the result data is suppressed, and reliability of the device main body can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
