CORRELATION DETECTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correlation detecting apparatus for using an FFT / IFFT to surely detect a correlation between a received signal and a code at high speed.

SOLUTION: A delay profile calculation control section 260 obtains a code length and a sampling method in an A/D converter 202 and an FFT / IFFT size and a mode of the FFT / IFFT processing of an FFT section 3 and an IFFT section 4 so that a spread gain is within a permissible range and the FFT / IFFT processing time is shortest and sets the result to the A/D converter 202 and a delay profile detection section 22. The A/D converter 202 and the delay profile detection section 22 detect the correlation between the received data and the code according to the set values to obtain a delay profile.
