<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and small-sized switching power supply device by which a DC with a low voltage and a large current can be supplied at a fixed voltage, regardless of the power consumption of a load. <P>SOLUTION: The switching power supply device 100 has a switching circuit for generating a pulse voltage by interrupting a DC, a transformer 9 composed by magnetically connecting a primary winding and a secondary winding with a core, a multi-layered wiring board 2 provided with wiring constituting the primary widing and the secondary winding, a rectifying circuit for rectifying an AC, a smoothing circuit for suppressing ripples, and a control circuit for controlling an output voltage of the smoothing circuit. The multi-layered wiring board is at least provided with the switching circuit and the rectification circuit and arranged on a main wiring board 1.
