<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope for treatment with excellent operability in the treatment, allowing an operator to observe a treating part from a plurality of positions with one device. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope for treatment has a distal end observation cover 41, a distal end lighting cover 42, and a distal end opening 43, from which grip forceps 51 etc. inserted from a first treatment instrument insertion hole 39a are led out, on the distal end face of a distal end rigid part 13. The base end of a second bending part 15 is fixed to the distal end face of a flexible tube distal end 16, and also, an intermediate observation cover 44, an intermediate lighting cover 45, and a flexible tube opening 46, form which a high-frequency snare 52 etc. inserted from a second treatment instrument insertion hole 39b is led out, are mounted on the distal end face of the flexible tube distal end 16. A first bending part 14 makes bending motions in the vertical direction and in the left/right directions by the rotation operation of bending knobs 35UD and 35LR. The second bending part 15 makes bending motions in the vertical direction by the rotation operation of a bending knob 36.
