The invention relates to a method for automatically initiating a call, according to which the existing connections from a first user (T1) of a telecommunication network to other users (T2) are detected and are evaluated regarding the statistical regularities thereof while calls are initiated to the other users based on the identified statistical regularities. The invention allows particularly service-based companies to inform their clients in a targeted manner.
