An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent an optical film from being wrinkled due to heat from a lamp of a back light assembly by pressing the end of the optical film adjacent to the lamp. An LCD includes a light guide plate(13), a lamp(11) arranged at one end of the light guide plate, an optical film(15) placed on the light guide plate, an LCD panel(20) located on the optical film, and a frame(16) interposed between the optical film and the LCD panel. The end of the optical film, adjacent to the light guide plate, is pressed against the light guide plate.
