<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a water cooling system cooling module and a forced air cooling system cooling module common in an information processor having a CPU with a plurality of calorific values. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling module is configured by arranging a cooling jacket 1 for making cooling liquid absorb heat generated by a CPU, a pump 2 for making the cooling liquid circulate, a reserve tank 3 for supplying supplementary cooling liquid, and for breathing air from the cooling liquid and a first radiator 4 for cooling the cooling liquid in a laminate structure at the upper part of the CPU, wherein a second radiator 5 for cooling the cooling liquid is located at the side of the first radiator 4. Furthermore, the cooling liquid is driven by the pump 2 so as to circulate from the cooling jacket 1 for absorbing heat generated by the CPU through the radiator 5 and the radiator 4 to the reserve tank 3.
