PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning tool of simple structure that is capable of easily and correctly deciding a position, and a positioning device for fixing a member using that. SOLUTION: This positioning tool 1 comprises a rod-shaped main body part 2, and a protruded part 3 provided on the main body part 2. The positioning device for fixing a member comprises at least two of the positioning tools. The positioning tools are respectively inserted into holes provided in a fixing member and a fixed member.
