A packing material bonding device for a packing machine is provided to control temperature accurately, and to lengthen the life span by minimizing difference between temperature of a heater and temperature of a bonding part of a bonding roller and reducing unnecessary heat transfer loss. A packing material bonding device of a packing machine is composed of a bonding roller(30) turned around a shaft(35) by receiving rotational force through a power transmission gear(34) and composed of a bonding part(31) heating and bonding packing material by transferring heat from a heater(40) through heat conductive contact surfaces, the heater combined with an inner periphery of the bonding roller to generate heat for heating and bonding the packing material, a bearing housing(50) connected to the heater by a connecting member to fasten the packing material bonding device to the packing machine, and a bearing(60) combined with the bearing housing and the shaft of the bonding roller.
