<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple inspection data processing system capable of certainly obtaining inspection results determined within a specified time set previously. <P>SOLUTION: This multiple inspection data processing system 2 set in an inspection institute or the like acquires inspection instruction information of a specimen collected in a medical institution, and acquires the inspection results of inspection items and all the inspection items correlating with the inspection items, which are included in the inspection instruction information acquired. Then, the multiple inspection data processing system 2 compares the inspection results of the inspection items acquired respectively, and decides the inspection result of the inspection item requested. The multiple inspection data processing system 2 produces the report data for reporting the inspection results based on the inspection results decided.
