PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic film unit with a lens attached thereto with a part of a plurality of photo shooting modes arranged on the photographic film unit with the lens attached thereto made nonusable with no additional cost. SOLUTION: An exterior label 30 is stuck to an outer periphery of a main body part 3 of the photographic film unit 2 which has a multifunction lens attached thereto and which is provided with a night view self-synchronous photo shooting mode. An operational member 20 is exposed from an opening 35 for switching. A motion of the operational member 20 is restricted so as to make only switching between a first operative position and a second operative position possible by the opening 35 for switching and and to make only a daytime photo shooting mode and a daytime self-synchronous photo shooting mode usable. Therefore the photographic film unit 2 having the multifunction lens attached thereto and provided with the night view self-synchronous photo shooting mode is easily modified into a photographic film unit with a standard lens attached thereto.
