POWDERED ADDITIVE FOR COATING AND COATING TO PREVENT PASTING POSTERS AND SCRIBBLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered additive for a coating material, wherein by adding an adequate amount of the additive to various kinds of coating materials, the coating materials gain characteristics effectively preventing pasting of posters or scribbling. SOLUTION: The powdered additive with modified surface characteristics is prepared by mixing 100 mass parts of trifluorinated polyurethane resin composition, 5-20 mass parts of a silicone resin release agent, 5-20 mass parts of a silicone oil having the structure of dimethyl polysiloxane with viscosity of 30-100 mm2/s(25°C) and 10-20 mass parts of a moisture-curing type silicon-acrylic resin and drying the mixture. The above powdered additive for a coating material is added to various coating materials to be in an amount of 10-50 mass% of the solid portion rate in the coating film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
