<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell installation system that can supply a sufficient quantity of electric power by effecting utilizing a place which is usually left as a dead space as the installation location of a photovoltaic power generation facility. <P>SOLUTION: In a track, a solar cell module 3 which can make solar power generation is laid on a track bed 7 between two rails 6. On the light receiving-side surface of the solar battery module 3, tempered glass 2 is provided to protect the module 3 so that the glass 2 may cover the module 3. In addition, frames 5A and 5B which support the module 3 are provided in parallel with the rails 6.
