PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell unit which reduces the number of components, dispenses with the processing of an object to be measured, and facilitates mounting. SOLUTION: The load cell unit comprises a fixing stand 10, a load-receiving stand 12, a load cell 14, a pair of columns 20, and a pair of stoppers 22. The fixing stand 10 is placed on the side of fixation, such as a fixing base 16. The load-receiving stand 12 is arranged on the side of the object to be measured 18, and the object to be measured 18 is placed on the load-receiving stand 12. The load-receiving stand 12 is provided with a plate-like base 12a which abuts against the object to be measured 18, a pair of flange sections 12b which are located on the both ends of the base 12a and of which the tip is bent downward, and a pair of slit-like fixing holes 12c, each of which is formed to pass through each flange section 12b. The load cell 14 is secured to a nearly the middle section of the fixing stand 10. The pair of columns 20 are secured to both the ends of the fixing stand 10 in upright positions, separated by a predetermined spacing. The pair of stoppers 22 are secured to the head of the columns 20 via the fixing holes 12c. By making the vertical and horizontal movements of the load-receiving stand 12 abut against the stoppers 22, restrictions are established. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
