PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar assembly in which two or more instruments are coextensively inserted in the same trocar. SOLUTION: The trocar assembly by this invention has a cannula, the cannula has a stem extending between the proximal end and leading edge and a rigid housing portion having the leading edge and proximal end section, the leading edge of the rigid housing portion has a fixed relation with the cannula and an elastic housing portion incorporated in the proximal end section of the rigid housing portion, the elastic housing portion can be compressed in an axial direction, the rigid housing portion and elastic housing portion form a valve housing portion, compose a work channel together with the cannula, and have a shaft having a blockade instrument, in which a dimension and a profile are decided so as to removably insert through the work channel, and an axis line which is included in the blockade instrument and extends from the proximal end section to the sharp leading edge chip.
