<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container formed by combining a plastic-made inner vessel and a cover lid with a rectangular parallelopiped sleeve, which is light-weighted, easy to scrape off even a viscous substance by a brush, excellent in piling strength and loading ability, free from buckling due to a swollen barrel, and easy to dispose of after contents are removed. <P>SOLUTION: The composite container D consists of a combination of a plastic-made rectangular truncated pyramid inner vessel A and a cover lid B, and a rectangular parallelopiped sleeve C in which the vessel A is put in.
