PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound showing antimicrobial activity by new mechanism of action which does not target enzymes or peptide structure wherein resistant bacteria emerge easily and antibacterial spectrum is apt to be restricted.

SOLUTION: The compound or its salt is represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1is a nucleic acid base or its derivative, R2is a peptide which may have a protecting group, R3is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or a hydroxy group which may have a protecting group, wavy line is anα-anomer, aβ-anomer or their mixture).
