PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measures to be taken against each abnormal operation state such as ink leakage, by detecting an ink supply state in an ink route where an ink liquid is supplied from an ink bottle to an ink head after passed through a reservoir tank and a dispenser, and reporting the detected result. SOLUTION: The ink liquid 1 stored in the ink bottle 2 is supplied to the reservoir tank 5. Next, the ink supply state such as leakage of at least the ink liquid 1 of the reservoir tank 5 is detected on the basis of liquid level information of the ink liquid 1 inside the reservoir tank 5, and then the ink liquid 1 stored in the reservoir tank 5 is supplied to the dispenser 6. An abnormal state such as leakage of at least the ink liquid 1 of the dispenser 6 is detected on the basis of liquid level information of the ink liquid 1 inside the dispenser 6. These detected ink supply state to the reservoir tank 5 and ink supply state to the dispenser 6 are display outputted to a display device 23, or warned of by an alarm output part 24.
