<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that cracks tend to easily occur in a ceramic sintered compact obtained by photosetting because electrical repulsion between a surfactant and ceramic powder is not produced and consequently the ceramic powder is not sufficiently dispersed. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the ceramic sintered compact is provided with the processes for: preparing slurry by mixing the ceramic powder, photosetting resin and a cationic surfactant with each other; producing a ceramic molding having a prescribed shape by irradiating the slurry with light to cure the photosetting resin; and heating the ceramic molding to degrease the photosetting resin and to sinter the ceramic molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
