<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disabled direct debit information management method and a disabled direct debit information management program that enable a collecting company to collect a direct-debit-disabled bill early and reconcile the bill collection efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 and a collecting company system 20 are connected to a bank host system 30. A management computer 31 of the bank host system 30 is connected to a mail server 40 having a direct debit result information storage part 41. The management computer 31 transfers money by direct debit at a request from the collecting company system 20, and records disabled direct debit information in the direct debit result information storage part 41. The information is notified to the collecting company system 20. The collecting company system 20 checks the information recorded in the direct debit result information storage part 41 and requests mail sending.
