<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller for achieving miniaturization and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic controller 40 includes three high-side driving type driver ICs 41-43 to drive solenoids L1-L5. Each one of the ICs 41-43 applies stepped-up voltage, higher than a power source voltage VB, to the gates of N channel MOSFETs for driving loads (1, 2 by IC 41, 3, 4 by IC 42, and 5 by IC 43) in response to a command signal from a microcomputer 7, so that the FETs are turned on. The controller 40 supplies the stepped-up voltage, generated in the charge pump circuit 44 of the IC 41, to other ICs 42, 43 without using only in the IC 41. The ICs 42, 43 respectively turn on the FETs 3, 4 or 5 through the use of the stepped-up voltage from the IC 41. Components 24, 27 for suppressing noise generation are arranged in the neighborhood of a power source terminal Td only concerning the IC 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
