PLUG CONNECTOR AND WIRING METHOD TO THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improvement of signal transmission characteristics by restraining crosstalk between signal terminals adjacent to each other in a direction of a terminal row of a high-speed transmission plug connector.

SOLUTION: The plug connector 32 with rows of plug terminals 321 making up a pair implanted in an insulator 323 is fitted with a jack connector 31 with jack terminals 311 corresponding to the plug terminals 321 making up a pair implanted in an insulator 313. The jack connector 31 is provided with a jack grounding terminal 312 between the plug terminals adjacent to each other in a terminal row direction, and the plug connector 32 is provided with a plug grounding terminal 322 between the plug terminals adjacent to each other in the terminal row direction. The plug grounding terminal 322 is so structured to be connected with the jack grounding terminal 312 to be grounded when it is fitted with the jack connector 31.
