<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering and fogging and to provide images of high image quality without image irregularities by preventing the coating defects of a developer and image voids due to the supply defects of the developer to a developer carrier, preventing the agitation defects of toner and maintaining the electrostatic charging property of the toner at the time of miniaturizing a developing device. <P>SOLUTION: In the developing device comprising a development container for housing the developer for which the toner and a carrier are mixed, a partition part for partitioning the development container into a developing chamber and an agitating chamber constituting a circulation route, the developer carrier for carrying the developer inside the developing chamber and carrying it to a development part, and a carrying member for supplying the developer inside the developing chamber to the developer carrier while carrying it, the carrying member is provided with a first carrying blade part for carrying the developer in a circulation direction and a screw blade provided inside a development area for carrying it in the opposite direction of the screw blade for carrying it in the forward direction of the carrying member which are connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
