<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively ensure demand supervisory control by suppressing an influence caused by the application of a load immediately before the end of a demand time limit. <P>SOLUTION: This device for demand supervisory control confirms the presence/absence of a use demand for an amount supervised within a prescribed time before the end of a time limit, and when there is the use demand, estimates the total amount supervised from the start of the demand time limit to the end of the demand time limit and including the use amount supervised by the use demand at the end of the time limit.
