PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of reducing reliability by an increase in bearing pressure with reduction in performance by an increase in a leakage loss, due to impairment of part accuracy of a fixed scroll by press-in strain, when constituting a back pressure control mechanism part by press-in, in a scroll compressor having the back pressure control mechanism. SOLUTION: Strain by the press-in can be avoided by arranging an opening part spot facing in a back pressure pin press-in hole of the fixed scroll for pressing in a back pressure control part, or forming the back pressure pin press-in hole in a tapered shape.
