PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete unevenness tracing device capable of tracing recessed and projecting state of a slab from reference height, copying it on a stacking plate simply, preventing occurrence of a clearance and concrete leakage, eliminating a form joint line with a receive base to reduce placed concrete treatment, and constructing the form smoothly when installing the form. SOLUTION: Recessed and projecting parts of unevenness on a concrete slab face are traced from a reference level, matching members 1, 7 are matched with the reference level immediately, and a line is drawn along a lower part of the member 7 on the stacking plate for cutting. When the concrete slab face to be constructed has grade, bolts of members 9, 10 are loosened and rotated to trace and copy on the stacking plate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
