PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition having good adhesiveness to a thin film of glass, metals, or inorganic compounds such as silicon oxide, silicon nitride, aluminium oxide, tin oxide, titanium oxide, or indium-tin oxide. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises (A) a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a radical polymerizable monomer containing 50-90 mol% stylene-based monomer, (B) a methacrylic ester or an acrylic ester having a monovalent group represented by formula (I) or a divalent group represented by formula (II), and (C) a radical polymerizable compound other than component (B).
