PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make printing resistant durability additionally higher by forming a cylindrical seamless nickel belt, improving the durability of a separated function organic system photoreceptor using such belt as a substrate, and constituting a unit and an image forming apparatus by using the separated function organic system photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The intensity ratio [I(200)/I(111)] of the peak intensity I of the crystal orientation face which can be expressed by the (200) face with respect to the peak intensity I at the (111) face obtained by measuring the substrate 19 by X-ray diffraction ranges from 0.4 to 0.5 and phosphorus is incorporated into the substrate at≥0.05 to≤0.3 mass% beyond 0.01 to 0.03 mass% the sulfur content of eutectoid in nickel metal thereof and the hardness of the substrate is 480 to 530 Hv and the film thickness thereof is 30±3μm.
