PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grille unable to be easily removed from the outside of a room. SOLUTION: The grille is formed by installing the surface lattice body 1 in a building frame 5 by an installation bracket 2. The installation bracket 2 has a grille installing part 2a, and a covering part 2b for covering at least three sides of the upper, lower, left and right sides of this grille installing part 2a. The grille body installing part 2a is fixed by a machine screw 3 to an indoor side surface of the surface lattice body 1. In this surface lattice, since at least the three sides of the upper, lower, left and right sides of the machine screw 3 are surrounded by the covering part 2b, time is required for loosening the machine screw 3 from the outside of the room, and the surface lattice body 1 cannot be easily removed from the outside of the room.
