<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a target on-vehicle tool by solving a problem in a taking out property of a stored on-vehicle tool, and to carry sufficient loads by solving a problem in a carrying property of the load. <P>SOLUTION: Right and left front wheels (wheels) 14, 13 are rotatably attached to a vehicle body frame 11, and the vehicular body frame 11 is covered with a front cover (a vehicular body cover) 35. The front cover 35 is integrally provided with the right and left fender portions 38, 37, thereby covering the right and left front wheels 14, 13.
