PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle suspension device capable of realizing a vehicle with excellent riding comfortability. SOLUTION: A solenoid suspension 4 is provided with a coil spring 22 for elastically supporting a lower part of spring on an upper part of spring; a shock absorber 80 for generating damping force between the upper part of spring and the lower part of spring; and an upper support 70 for bonding the shock absorber 80 to a vehicle body. The shock absorber 80 controls the damping force by rotating a ball screw 24 by a motor 20 and vertically sliding a rod 28 and an outer shell 30. Vibration of high frequency not absorbed by the shock absorber 80 is absorbed by a vibration absorption means 50 of an upper support 70.
