摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a ceramic green sheet having a circuit pattern formed on its surface and sinterability can be manufactured, and to provide a method by which a multilayered ceramic substrate having a circuit formed on its surface can be manufactured by using the ceramic green sheet having the sinterability. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the ceramic green sheet having sinterability, a resin layer to be removed by heat is first provided on the ceramic green sheet having the sinterability, and grooves narrower than a screen printing pattern are formed by removing a part of the resin layer by heating (namely, circuit forming portion) of the resin layer. Then the circuit pattern is formed by packing conductive paste in the grooves. In the method of manufacturing the multilayered ceramic substrate in which circuits are formed, the multilayered ceramic substrate is manufactured by laminating a plurality of sinterable green sheets having formed circuits upon another and sintering the laminate.
