PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a compound semi-permeable membrane having a high salt removal rate, capable of separating boron which is non-dissociative in the neutral region at a high removal rate, and a production method therefor. SOLUTION: The compound semi-permeable membrane comprises a fine porous supporting membrane on which a polyamide separation functional layer is formed.
