<p>A working belt (2) has width less than the dough strand length. A deposition belt (1) and looper (16) with pretzel twist grips (3) are included. Pretzel molds (6) are arranged regularly on the working belt, with strand guides (15) along part of it. This belt runs over the platform (14). A sensor arrangement detects the strands, to control their clamping and transfer. The belt configuration deflects approaching strands carried by molds into the guides. The operation of pretzel looping is further detailed. The pretzel molds are rotatable and include projections in approximately circular arrangement. The looping equipment includes a portal robot under centralized control. There is a separate deposition belt for each working belt, or all working belts have a common deposition belt for finished pretzels. The platform is approximately T-shaped. At least one belt turns the finished pretzel onto the deposition belt.</p> |
