COMPOSITE FORMED BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND RESIN FOR BONDING
摘要

Disclosed is a composite formed body wherein a resin member composed of a thermoplastic non-urethane resin and another resin member composed of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin are directly bonded to each other. This composite formed body is characterized in that (Ia) the thermoplastic non-urethane resin (Ib) is composed of at least one material selected among polyamide components having an aliphatic ring (such as aliphatic polyamide resins and aliphatic polyamide elastomers) and compounds having an amino group (such as polyamide oligomers) or in that (IIa) the thermoplastic non-urethane resin (IIb) and the thermoplastic polyurethane resin are respectively composed of a resin having a polyether segment. The resin composition (Ib) may be a resin composition (Ib-2) containing a thermoplastic non-urethane resin and a compound having an amino group. The composite formed body can be produced by heating at least one of the thermoplastic non-urethane resin and the thermoplastic polyurethane resin and bonding them with each other. With this invention, even a resin member containing a thermoplastic non-urethane resin as the base resin can be directly and securely bonded to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin member having different properties by a simple method.
