MICRO-LENS ARRAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A micro-lens array and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten a cycle time of a manufacturing process and simplify the manufacturing process by performing a process for manufacturing a refractor at the room temperature or the low temperature. One or more cavities are formed in a substrate. A first ultraviolet hardening material(33) is implanted into the cavities. A lens(35) is positioned on the first ultraviolet hardening material(33). A second ultraviolet hardening material(37) is applied to the lens and an upper surface of the substrate. A transparent plate(38) is positioned on an upper surface of the second ultraviolet hardening material(37). The first and second ultraviolet hardening materials(33,37) are hardened by pressing the lens(35) and irradiating ultraviolet rays thereon.
