F-LENS USING LASER SCANNING UNIT AND MOLD STRUCTURE USED TO FORM THE SAME

An F-theta lens and a mold structure for using the same are provided to improve the optical efficiency by minimizing the configuration error of a lens surface. An F-theta lens(180) is formed by an injection molding of the optical resin. An F-theta lens includes a gate(185) which is extensively formed in the preset length as a line shape along a surface of the F-theta lens. The gate is changed according to the change of the thickness in length direction of the F-theta lens body. The central size of the gate is bigger than the edge of the gate.
