Provided is a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene resin composition for an impact reinforcer of vinyl chloride resin which shows shock resistance, thermostability and white resistance and improves dispersing property and processability when using as an impact reinforcer for the vinyl chloride resin. The methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene resin composition for the impact reinforcer of the vinyl chloride resin is characterized by adding 0.01-5.0wt% of an emulsified olefins active agent to 100wt% of graft polymers which are composed of 66-84wt% of styrene-butadiene rubber latex and 16-34wt% of one or more vinyl monomers selected from groups which are composed of alkyl methacrylate, acrylate and ethylene unsaturated aromatic compounds.
