PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device easy to be fitted and improved in design with quietness without complicating structure of a ventilation hole part with a small number of member. SOLUTION: The ventilating device is to be provided in a window frame 2 of a building. The window frame 2 is formed with a ventilation cylinder 3 having a ventilation hole 13 communicating inside and outside the building with each other. A fitting frame 21 is arranged near the outdoor-side ventilation hole 13 of the ventilation cylinder 14 with an appropriate space. The fitting frame 2 is provided with a sealing plate body 20 at a position separated outside from the ventilation hole 13 with the predetermined space. A through feed member 22 is arranged in the fitting frame 21 in parallel with the shielding plate body 20. The fitting frame 21 is formed of a supporting fitting frame 21a and a supported fitting frame 21b. Both the frames 21 and 21b are removable, and the supporting fitting frame 21a is installed on the window frame 2 side, and the shielding plate body 20 and the through feed member 22 are respectively installed in the other supported fitting frame 21b.
