PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless ultraviolet ray-curable coating composition excellent in workability on filling processing into and coating onto an interface between a flooring material and a wall surface or a joint part between flooring material themselves in spite of its reduced volatility of the component during coating and curing. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet ray-curable coating composition for floor coating includes (meth)acrylate oligomer having urethan frameworks and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-3,000, (meth)acrylate monomer having 2-3 unsaturated bonds in a molecule and a number-average molecular weight of 250-400, and a photopolymerization initiator, and has a viscosity of 400 mPa-s(25°C). And there is provided a forming method of a coating onto a surface of flooring materials which comprises applying the ultraviolet ray-curable coating composition onto a surface of flooring materials and then curing the applied film through irradiation of an ultraviolet ray.
