The device has a notched flat rod (2) inserted into a support unit having fork shape. A cam pivots on an axle for rotating the rod with respect to the support unit between minimum and maximum angles, on an upper part of the support unit. A spring fixed with a screw has an end part inserted into notches of the rod to determine angle of a hand/finger/elbow.
