ethod for the production of pallets in a rotor processor, with the use of melt pelletization technique. The powder mixture is sprayed with a melted polymer, with melting point between 40-70 C, with simultaneous addition of dry powder through the powder feeder. The produced pellets are left to fluidize in th rotor with progressive reduction of temperatureof inlet air, so that they are smoothly cooled. When the product temperature is decreased to 35 C, th production process is completed. |
