The invention relates to a disposable item of women's underwear comprising an integrated sanitary towel among other elements, which is intended for use by women as an item of underwear and, at the same time, as a sanitary or hygienic protection product during the woman's menstruation. The inventive article comprises a single disposable article which combines both underwear and a sanitary towel. The upper part of the invention comprises a female anatomical relief, edge or mould having a conical or pyramidal shape or any other form, which is used to absorb and retain the woman's menstrual fluid which passes through the gluteal region when the wearer is lying down or performing any other activity, thereby preventing clothing, bedding or furniture from being soiled depending on the case. The assembled article can be fixed to, tightened or adjusted to the body of the wearer using elastics or any other fixing device or support, such that it can be replaced easily and instantaneously with a new underwear/towel article without requiring the wearer to remove her trousers, panty-hose or any other item of clothing. Moreover, the elements or articles comprising or forming the invention can be separated and disassembled into individual constituent parts. In this way, if a user does not want or need to use the combined underwear/towel design and only needs to use parts thereof, the following autonomous products, articles or utensils can be derived, adapted or used as accessories, variants or forms of the invention which can also be used with all standard sanitary towels and/or any type of underwear according to the needs of the user, namely: a disposable item of women's underwear; a towel comprising a conical sanitary element which may be equipped with wings having a trapezoidal, triangular shape, etc. or a multi-towel comprising a conical sanitary element which may be equipped with wings having a trapezoidal, triangular shape, etc.; and a sanitary micro-towel.
