<p>Slicing device comprises a round knife blade (1) attached to the axle of an electric motor (4). The housing (5) of the electric motor has a handle (10). A guide rail (2) and a protective cover (3) are attached to the housing. The guide rail and the protective cover are conical at the point at which they are fixed to the housing and can be locked by a conical fixing ring on the side of the guide rail and protective cover. The fixing ring is attached to the housing by a thread. Preferred Features: The conical design of the coupling parts of the guide rail, protective cover and fixing ring have the same angle of inclination of 10-25[deg].</p> |
