A disposable safety syringe is provided to allow the complete sealing in the connection portion of a needle fixing member just by means of an adapter tube instead of an O-ring, sensitive to the deformation, so as to reduce the part number and to increase the production efficiency by improving the work in an assembly line. The disposable safety syringe includes: a cylinder(101), having a space in its inside and an injection discharging portion(102) in its front side, wherein the end of the latter(102) is blocked; a push bar(103), inserted into the space of the cylinder(101) in a forth and back movable manner in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder(101); a piston(104), connected to the front end of the push bar(103), to apply a pressing or suction force to the cylinder(101); an adapter tube(105), inserted from the rear side through a hollowed portion to the front side of the cylinder(101) so that it is fitted into the inner diameter of the discharging portion(102) and its' one frontal part of the adapter tube(105) is exposed to the outside; and a needle fixing member(108).
