A Schmitt trigger capable of tuning a reference voltage is provided to suppress generation of glitch due to a reference voltage of low intensity by tuning the reference voltage. A Schmitt trigger(10) receives a voltage through an inverting terminal and receives a reference voltage through a non-inverting terminal. A first inverter(20) inverts and amplifies an output of the Schmitt trigger(10). A second reference voltage application unit(30) feeds back an output of the first inverter(20) to the non-inverting terminal by operating a switch. A second inverter(40) inverts and amplifies an output of the first inverter(20). A first reference voltage application unit(50) feeds back an output of the second inverter(40) to the non-inverting terminal by operating a switch.
