A sterilizer and a sterilization process for removing waste organic material are provided using a continuous treatment process containing pre-heating, sterilizing under high-temperature and pressure, vapor supplying and bulking to produce recycle the waste organic material to manure or stock feeds. The sterilizer comprises generally a pre-heat applying section(100) including a pre-heating outer chamber(110) with a pre-heat inlet(111) and a pre-heat outlet(112); a sterilizing section(200) with high temperature and pressure including a sterilizing outer chamber(210) with a high-temperature heating part(213), a rotatable screw(220) and a vapor supplying device(230); and a rotary type supplying section(300) including a supplying outer chamber(310), multiple rotatable compartments(320) radially installed inside the chamber(310). The sterilization process comprises pre-heating the waste organic material at 60-90 deg.C; sterilizing the pre-heated material at 110-125 deg.C and 0.8 kg/cm2.G of pressure; introducing hot vapor at 110-125 deg.C to the sterilized material; and flash-exposing the material to an atmosphere in the high pressure. |
