A rise and fall type lipstick, having a brush within as a one body, is provided to allow the automatic drawing-out of the lipstick contents so as to improve the using reliability and to effectively produce the lip make-up by simultaneously using the lipstick and brush. The rise and fall type lipstick, having a brush within as a one body, includes: a lipstick body(1), in which a first guide hole(2) is longitudinally formed to connect the inner and outer diameter portion to each other, on whose outer side a male thread(3) is formed and in whose inside a first spring(4) is elastically arranged; a lipstick raising member(10), movably inserted into the inside of the lipstick body(1) and containing the lipstick contents; a packing cap(20), having an undercut(21) in its one side; a brush raising member(30); a threaded groove, into which a second spring(34) is inserted; a brush bar(40), on whose one end a brush(41) is installed; a brush guide tube(50); a raising-member feeding tube(60); and a pair of guide grooves(61). |
