An exhaust system for an exhaust pipe of a boiler is provided to discharge exhaust gas actively by preventing counter flow with an outer counter flow restricting plate and a middle counter flow restricting plate, and to cut down manufacturing cost by assembling after processing parts. An exhaust system for an exhaust pipe of a boiler is composed of a cap body(20) having an insertion part fitted to the exhaust pipe and an exhaust passage discharging exhaust gas, plural guide plates(30) arranged and installed in the cap body, middle and outer counter flow restricting plates(40,50) combined with an inside and an upper part of the guide plate to insulate inflow of external counter flow, a counter flow discharge port(61) formed between the outer counter flow restricting plate and the middle counter flow restricting plate, and a mixing discharge port(60) formed in the outer counter flow restricting plate and the upper part of the cap body to discharge exhaust gas and counter flow.
